As a registered reflexologist and certified yoga instructor, I have been dedicated to the health and wellness industry since 2002. My passion lies in helping individuals achieve optimal well-being through my therapeutic reflexology treatments and yoga practice.
Through reflexology, I am able to assist clients in enhancing their immune systems, improving circulation, reducing stress and anxiety, as well as addressing foot conditions and other health concerns. My yoga practice focuses on building strength, increasing mobility, and cultivating mindfulness to help individuals transform their lives.

What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. These points are believed to correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body, and by applying pressure to them, reflexologists aim to promote healing and relaxation throughout the body.

What Health Conditions Can Be Benefitted By Reflexology?Reflexology can help improve your well being, with issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, hormones, boosting immunity, digestion, muscle aches and pain, fertility and pregnancy, respiratory health, foot disorders and much more.

Is Reflexology Covered Under Extended Health Plans?Please check your individual coverage, as some companies will cover, or give you something called “Flex Credits,” which can be used as an allotted amount on a therapeutic service of your choice. A receipt will be issued to you with my registration number, and information required to submit through your benefits.

How Often Should I Have Reflexology?If there is an acute issue going on, the frequency may be as often as one, or two sessions a week, depending on how long it has been going on, and what the client wishes to achieve. Otherwise, once every three to four weeks is recommended to help promote relaxation, health and wellbeing.

What Is A Foot And Facial Reflexology Treatment Like?After filling in a short consultation form, you will be guided into a relaxing treatment room, where you will get settled on a massage table, or if needed a zero gravity chair for an hour session. A hot towel is applied to the feet, or face to cleanse and start your relaxation. In a Foot Reflexology treatment socks and shoes are removed, and the mid calf down to the toes are worked on, using acupressure techniques on the targeted areas. In a Facial Acuzone Reflexology treatment the face, neck, ears & shoulders are worked on, using acupressure points on the targeted areas. A foot lotion, cream, or Essential Oil blend will be used during, or after your treatment. Comfortable clothing is recommended to wear.

Is Reflexology Safe During Pregnancy?Yes, Although there are certain acupressure points to be avoided during the first terms of pregnancy, a certified Reflexologist can help with labour pain, duration of labour and help to relax and support woman during this time.

Can Babies, Or Children Have Reflexology?A Reflexology treatment is nurturing and gentle for little feet, and can be done on babies from birth and up. It can help with teething, colic, relaxation, upset stomachs, constipation, anxiety, insomnia, and so much more.

What Are The Do’s And Dont’s After A Reflexology SessionIn the first 12 hours Drink lots of water Eat light Avoid Caffeine Avoid Alcohol Rest and Relax

What If I Have To Cancel My Appointment?I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but as much as you are able, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment to respect the time of other, otherwise, I may ask you to pay for your treatment, even if you miss it.
